The current Privacy Policy for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the individual entrepreneur (IE) Mesh may obtain about the User through the Internet information and telecommunication network "Internet" via the website of the online store meshnbag.com by IE Mesh (hereinafter referred to as the online store).

Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, using automation tools or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. Confidentiality of personal data - a mandatory requirement for IE Mesh or any other person with access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal basis.
1.1.5. User - any person with access to the online store and using it through the Internet information and telecommunication network "Internet."
1.1.6. Cookies - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. IP address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. General provisions:
2.1. The use of the online store implies the User's agreement with this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the online store.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the online store. IE Mesh does not control and is not responsible for the websites or other Internet resources of third parties that the User may access through links available in the online store.
2.4. The Administration of the online store does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of the privacy policy:
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of IE Mesh for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration of the online store when registering a user account or placing an order without registering a user account.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is voluntarily provided by the User and includes the following information:
3.2.1. User's last name, first name;
3.2.2. User's contact phone number;
3.2.3. User's email address (e-mail);
3.2.4. User's place of residence/location address (product delivery address).
3.3. The Administration of the online store protects the data automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages with a statistical script of the system ("pixel"):
- IP address;
- information from cookies;
- information about the browser (or other program that accesses the display of advertising);
- access time;
- page address where the advertising block is located;
- referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access the online store requiring authorization.
3.3.2. The Administration of the online store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, as well as to control the legality of financial transactions.

4. Objectives of collecting user's personal information:

4.1.4. Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.7. Notifying the User about the order status.
4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits, challenging payments, determining the right to receive a credit line by the User.
4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the online store.
4.1.10. Providing the User, with consent, updates on products, special offers, price information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the online store or its partners.
4.1.11. Conducting advertising activities with the User's consent.
4.1.12. Providing access to the User on sites or services of the online store's partners for obtaining products, updates, and/or services.
5. Methods and terms of processing personal information:
5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out within the period specified in the Consent to the processing of personal data, by any legal means, including in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without using such means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the online store has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed in the online store, including the delivery of the goods.
5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of the online store informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The Administration of the online store takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties, including:
6. Obligations of the Parties:
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the online store.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any changes.
6.2. The Administration of the online store shall:
6.2.1. Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of information, not to disclose it without the User's prior written permission, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the transmitted personal data by other possible means, except as provided in Sections 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedures commonly used to protect such information in the existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or inquiry, or from the User's legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification in case of identifying inaccurate personal data or unauthorized actions.
7. Responsibilities of the Parties:
7.1. IP Mesh, failing to fulfill its obligations, is responsible for the losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for the cases specified in Sections 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, IP Mesh is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before IP Mesh received it.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. Dispute Resolution:
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the online store and IP Mesh, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within five working days from the date of receiving the claim, informs the claimant in writing about the results of its consideration.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to the court at the location of IP Mesh in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9. Additional Terms:
9.1. Changes to this Privacy Policy are made without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect upon its posting in the online store unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

5. Methods and terms of processing personal information:
5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out within the period specified in the Consent to the processing of personal data, by any legal means, including in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without using such means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the online store has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed in the online store, including the delivery of the goods.
5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of the online store informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The Administration of the online store takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties, including:
- Appointing responsible persons for organizing the processing of personal data.
- Conducting internal control and/or audit of compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection," and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, requirements for the protection of personal data, local acts.
- Familiarizing employees directly involved in the processing of personal data with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data, including requirements for the protection of personal data, local acts regarding the processing of personal data, and/or training of such employees.
- Identifying threats to the security of personal data during their processing in information systems of personal data.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of measures taken to ensure the security of personal data before putting the information system of personal data into operation.
- Keeping records of machine media containing personal data.
- Detecting facts of unauthorized access to personal data and taking measures.
- Restoring personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access to them.
- Establishing rules for access to personal data processed in the information system of personal data, as well as ensuring the registration and accounting of all actions performed with personal data in the information system of personal data.
- Monitoring the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the level of security of information systems of personal data.
6. Obligations of the Parties:
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the online store.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any changes.
6.2. The Administration of the online store shall:
